All public meetings are held on the 1st, 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month. The Education-Policy Committee and the Resources Committee meetings start at 6 p.m., and the Public Board of Education meetings start at 7 p.m. The use of live streaming technology is used to allow for visual participation of the meeting.
As per Board Policy and Regulations A-410, video recordings of Regular Public Board Meetings and standing committee meetings are provided for public viewing until the official minutes of the meeting have been approved by the Board. In accordance with standard parliamentary procedure, including Robert’s Rules of Order, approved minutes constitute the official record of Board proceedings.
Recordings of meetings that are no longer posted on our website may be requested through a formal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA) request.

Committee Meetings
- Education-Policy (1st Tuesday of the month) This committee develops and reviews policies and program offerings in the school district.
- Resources (2nd Tuesday of the month) This committee does the work of resourcing the district, including Finance, IT, Human Resources, Facilities and Transportation.
